Everything about our stay was perfect. The location is amazing, the view is awesome, and everything in town is walkable. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful stay in Boothbay
What a wonderful stay in Boothbay. House was perfectly located in the heart of town. A quick walk from shops, tours, and restaurants. We visited the botanical gardens and it was a very quick drive as well. We had an amazing view of the harbor. Such a fun place we would definitely come again!

We had a wonderful visit - very clean, great location, responsive host and just as described in the listing. Even though it was in center of town, it was quiet. We would definitely stay again.

Love this place !
This was our second time here in less than a year. It was delightful to be back. Just happened to also be the week for Windjammer Days, so we watched the parade from the living room windows…can’t beat that for convenience! This apartment is so lovely…plenty of room for 4 people. Huge kitchen and beautiful nautical decor. Can’t wait to come back for a third time!

Perfect location in Boothbay Harbor
We visited for Father's Day and our stay was amazing. The apartment is located directly across from the public wharf and everything you could possibly want or need is in walking distance. The home is comfortable and clean and well stocked. We plan to return again in the future.

Our stay was fabulous. What a beautiful location. We had plenty of room and the location is perfect. We will return. Everything was as pictured. It was one story and on the ground floor. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect Location in Boothbay Harbor
We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect with beautiful views of the harbor. This was our 5th trip to Boothbay Harbor and this was our favorite location so far. It was a magical time to stay right before Christmas. Because it was the off season we enjoyed hanging out with the locals. Joanne was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely be back!

The location of the property was great, right in the middle of everything. Apt was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. There wasn't anything missing are far as amenities and supplies. Our only issue was initially trying to find the exact location of the property and then once we did, the parking wasn't the best especially with a friend with some mobility issues. Other than the parking it was perfect!

Place was great! Clean, open, well stocked. Location, location, location... Right down in the harbor. Over the coffee shop. Across from everything in town. Walking tourist dream. Would use again and refer to me friends and family!

Boothbay Harbor vacation
Clean comfortable apartment suitable for 4 adults. Great view of the harbor, wonderful for people and dog watching. Convenient to all stores in walking distance. If you have any knee issues be aware you will either have to climb back stairs or steep drive to get in and out. Host is very responsive to questions, it was a lovely stay.

We loved our stay here! Location is perfect - right across from the beautiful harbor in the middle of town and in walking distance of everything. The apartment was terrific…so clean, comfortable, and cozy and equipped with everything we would need. Loved the overall decor. Pictures didn’t do it justice…even nicer in person. Loved being able to sit by the window and look out at the harbor. Would absolutely stay here again. My husband, teenage daughter, and myself all loved it. Host wonderful and responsive.

Great Location
Our vacation here was overall great. The location was in the center of the harbor with direct line of sight from the window. Everything in town was easily accessible within short walking distance. The condo provided everything as described, was very comfortable. The owner was very accommodating and easily accessible. We would absolutely stay here again. Please be aware that the parking provided with this booking is for cars only.

In the Heart of Boothbay Harbor
This is a beautiful apartment in the heart of Boothbay Harbor within walking distance of anything you could ever want to see or eat. It was way too convenient to have a coffee shop right under the apartment! It took a short time to get used to the hustle and bustle of being right on the main road, but by the end of our stay we looked forward to watching the buses unloading new passengers for us to people-watch. The apartment had everything we ever needed and was very comfortable, cozy, and roomy. Would we stay here again? In a heartbeat!

Great location
Great location and very clean. This unit is right in the center of Boothbay and easy walking distance to all shops and waterfront locations. Notably, the “kids” bedrooms does not have window, although all the other rooms are very well lit. Also, the reserved parking space is a 5-7 minute walk from the apartment. While you can always pull into the apartment parking lot for loading and unloading, the overnight parking location may be a factor for some guests. For our family, the parking was no problem at all, and if you are staying in the heart of Boothbay, you probably don’t mind walking around the neighborhood in any event. Thanks so much for a lovely stay!

Relaxing and Wonderful
We spent a week in this lovely apartment. The location was absolutely perfect! There were many restaurants within a five minute walk, and the shops were all around. The apartment was spacious and bright. We had our windows open, and we were close enough to the water that we always had a breeze - not to mention the gorgeous view of the harbor. The parking spot is a bit out of the way, but we only used the car a few times during our stay. We walked and enjoyed just being in this quaint, little town.

In the heart of it all!
Lovely apartment right on main street USA! You couldn’t ask for a better location in Boothbay Harbor. Walkable to everything this sparkling clean vacation rental overlooks the main drag below…. Bars, restaurants, excursions, shopping and even the local Coffee shop are just steps away! Host was A+. Check in was easy, communication land flexibility were top notch! You can’t go wrong with a stay in this lovey apartment!
