Katy Trail Pull Off

Perfect for Katy Trail travelers or anyone visiting the area. We are located within walking distance of the Katy Trail (0.05mi), Downtown Boonville (0.15 mi), and the Isle of Capri Casino (0.15mi). Two King size beds, one of which can be converted to 2 twins upon request, plus a twin size day bed. The day bed is in a room that does not have a door, not technically in a bedroom. Newly renovated, high speed internet, and stocked kitchen!
*Security disclosure- there is a Ring doorbell at the front door that monitors the area directly in front of the door and driveway. No other cameras present.

convenient stay
House is located near many things, we enjoyed a short walk to the casino and were very near the cute downtown. Adequate accommodations, could have been cleaner but not awful.

Beautiful little house, renovated very tastefully! The kitchen is a great size if you are taking your family. Comfy beds and very clean! Wish there were televisions in the bedrooms and a bigger hot water heater but would definitely stay here again!

Great first night in Katy Trail tour
We really enjoyed our stay in Boonville. The house was perfect for the two of us...tow really comfortable beds, coffee available in the morning, and easy on and off from the Katy Trail. I recommend enthusiastically!

Loved our stay in Boonville! Property as described with safe parking for our bikes. Even two places to power up the ebike in the carport! Great coffee setup! Very easy walk to Hotel Frederick for dinner or isle of royale. There was a gas station within walking distance for snacks and convenience store type items.

Great Home close to Everything in Boonville
This is an excellent property that is within walking distance to downtown Boonville. The home was super clean and Sami was very responsive and did a great job communicating! We will stay there again, if available, during our next trip to the area.

This house was immaculate and just as described! We were there 1night to go to Warm Springs Ranch. The only problem was the cars coming from the Casino, but that was not too much of a problem. If I was to go back to that area I would definitely stay there!

Lovely house! My family and I stayed here for a Sat night begore hosting a bike race in Boonville. GREAT location! Spacious. Communication was great. They even shipped the tablet that I left behind.

A lot of care went into the renovation of this older home. We were pleasantly surprised by the interior, as the exterior was worn and yard needs work. We enjoyed the homey touches and new furnishings, beds and appliances. A good find for Boonville.

Very clean and comfortable property to stay. Close to Katy trail for those who like to walk or ride bikes. Also walking distance to casino and multiple dining places. Keurig coffee machine in kitchen may need cleaning. Would be helpful to have instruction on how to manage AC/ room temp. Would stay here again!
