I was awakened twice in the middle of the night by really loud crashing sounds coming from a nearby building that sounded like commercial dumpsters being emptied. Idk what the hotel could do about that if anything, but it was really startling and is the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars for surrounding property. The hotel itself is truly wonderful. Thank you!"

"This property has been our favorite since our daughter moved to Des Moines. She lives in the Fleming Building, which is next to the Surety. The location is great, and we really like the underground parking. We will definitely be back."
