One of the additions to the Parkway Cabins family. We have had long term tenants in this property for the past 8 years and decided to put it back in our vacation rentals. This beautiful, quaint farm house cabin nestled creekside at the base of Turkey Knob is sure to give you that feeling of being in the mountains. Sleeps 4 guest, full kitchen ,living room, full bath. The private setting will help you to relax and unwind. You won't be disappointed with a stay in the Spring House. We are 2.5 miles to Boone and 3 miles to ASU. 4-wheel drive is required in the winter months! We have 2 other properties that are on VRBO #802002 & 654496.

Quiet, charming, close to town
This cabin is quaint and charming. It’s out in the middle of a field and it’s quiet and private. The beds were comfortable. The heat gets HOT if you turn it up too high! There are fans for when it’s warm. It was a great stay! We will definitely stay again!

Perfect Weekend!! Perfect Location!!
My Husband, Our son and I came for the weekend to get our Christmas tree at Appalachian Christmas Tree Farms which is right down the road from the Cabin by maybe 9 mins. Food lion was close by like 7 mintes. The cabin is in a perfect location as far as being close to Boone and Everything. Its on a private farm surrounded by Beautiful rolling hills and pasture/woodsy area, very private and relaxing, beautiful farm Barn in the front pasture which I adored. The cabin was so clean aand cozy. It had that cozy cabin/Cottage feel, we absolutely loved it. The fire place in the living area and bedroom are not working at this time but we lit a few candles in front of the beautiful rock fireplace and it flickered as there was a fire there, so lovely. The baseboard heat kept us very warm. We seen a few cows in the morning, some deer. It really was a perfect get away. The host were so Awesome at communication! The hosts had the lights on far us to welcome us in as we came in at dark. Very very much worth the stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Our Thanksgiving stay at this property was wonderfully cozy and comfortable. The rustic charm combined with modern amenities created a warm and inviting atmosphere. Beautiful setting
We had a great stay. The home is quaint and in a beautiful setting with a barn and cows grazing at times. We needed a couple of minor things that the owners responded to quickly. The communication with the owners was excellent and they were so friendly and kind. The home has the feeling of being at the family farmhouse.

Great House very close to Boone / App State
This property was perfect for my family and small dog. Very quiet and seems remote and peaceful from the front porch while being a very short and easy drive to anywhere in Boone. Will stay here again no question.

Cozy and quiet with magnificent view
Perfect retreat for rest, relaxation and some App State football. We loved that we were in a private farming community, but less than 4 miles from the stadium. The cabin is cozy and has so much history. It was spotless and we loved the vintage fireplaces, ceiling beams, and hardwood floors. The front porch was the perfect spot to watch the sunset. Looking high up at the hills across from the cabin sets a cross atop a ridge that is simply breathtaking. Coming from the Charlotte area, we immediately recognized how fresh and clean the air was. We loved the peace and quiet and the ittle creek that runs behind the cabin. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to work with and made sure that we knew that they were accessible if needed.
