This quaint, restored 1920s farmhouse is ideally located in central downtown Boone. This North Carolina town is home to Appalachian State University, located less than ½ mile from the home.

Walk just a few minutes and you're on campus! Check out the university bookstore, relax in the parks, or stroll along Kraut Creek. Step out the front door and you're on King Street and in the heart of downtown Boone! This home features 2-bedrooms and 2-bathrooms, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and beautiful hardwood floors. Convenient and easy to get to
Our daughter is at App State and we are trying every property we can when visiting. This was our 4th and one of the best for convenience to downtown and the campus. Loved the roominess in the house and the ease to walk everywhere.

ASU Orientation and Boonerang!
This house is so great! Close to everything. We walked everywhere. If you are visiting an App State student, this is the house for you. We were visiting for ASU orientation and had the great surprise that it was Boonerang weekend as well! It was a great weekend with the family. Will stay here again.

We stayed over the Easter weekend. The home was clean and a great location . Easy walking to town and the grocery was one block way. The neighborhood was convenient for waling our dog. The only reason I gave it 4 stars as a overall rating, is because of the road noise.
