Property is wheel chair friendly including access ramps, bathroom fitted with holding rails ect and wider door jam areas, to make accessability an ease.
Modern, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, large volume fridge & appliances. Additional facilities include TV, DVD, bluetooth stereo, air conditioning, Gas BBQ and large automatic double garage, allowing plenty of storage for all those holiday items.
Located at the end of a quiet cul de sac between sporting fields and the beach. Bring your bikes and skateboards - the kids will love it !
Located in a quiet culdesac at end of Belbourie Crescent. Front property with large double garage. Property is only a few minutes easy stroll (150 metres / walkway located opposite property to beach) to Boomerang Beach. Catches north sun. Close to sporting fields and tennis court.
How to get there ?
DRIVING FROM SYDNEY;
Beachbreak is located approximately 3 hours North of Sydney. Take the F3 Freeway out of Sydney, head North towards Newcastle/Taree and over the Hexham Bridge, at this point the F3 becomes the Pacific Highway {1}.
Stay on Highway {1} until you turn off into the Lakes Way, Tourist Drive {6} approx 2 kms North of Bulahdelah (past the Golf Course on your right) to where the divided road starts, move into the outside lane (right hand lane) and turn right across the divided road into the "Lakes way" (Tourist Drive 6) where a large sign indicates Seal Rocks,Smiths Lake and Pacific Palms.
This section of the trip takes approx 30 mins passing through beautiful forrests and lakes on your way.
You will pass through Bungwahl (an old timber town) and past the turn offs to Seal Rocks and Smiths Lake before turning right into Boomerang Drive, Blueys & Boomerang beaches.
Continue on for a short distance and you will have arrived in the quaint Blueys Beach Shopping Village. Drive past the shops and continue over hill into Boomerang Beach. Staying on Boomerang Drive take 2nd left into Carramatta,1st left then right into Belbourie Crescent. Travel to end of the cul de sac and you have arrived.
FROM THE NORTH: Continue on the Pacific Highway past Taree and continue on to the turn off to Forster and the Lakes Way, pass through Tuncurry and over the bridge to Forster, continue on this main road you will pass McDonalds on your right and then Woolworths and large shopping centre on your left (good place to stop and pick up a few goodies) go through the roundabout and continue on for approx 20 mins turning left into Boomerang or Blueys Beaches.
Boomerang and adjoining Blueys Beach are fast becoming the most popular holiday desitination on the mid north coast, whilst at the same time retaining its relaxed coastal village atmosphere. The beaches are only minutes walk apart and are bounded by National Parks, Wallis / Smith Lakes and the beautiful crystal blue Pacific Ocean.

What can the region offer
- Beautiful beaches. If you re a surfer no matter what swell / wind direction you will get waves at Boomers or Blueys. For those willing to adventure it is only down the road to Sandbar, Celito Point in Nor Easters and around to Seal Rocks on those 'too big' days !
- Beach and Rock fishing. Beaches are renown for bream, whiting, tailor and those elusive jewies.
-Snorkelling at the tranquil Elizabeth and Shelly Beaches, or a bit of natural sunbathing for those all over tans at Shelly Beach.
- Bushwalking. Some magnificent trails in the National Parks
- Lake Fishing from land or boat
- Still water glass for water skiing and wakeboarding
- Golf from the local 9 hole at Sandbar (5 mins drive) to the better courses at Forster (20 mins) or (30 mins) to Tallwoods
- Tennis
- Visit some of the small Cafes in the local district.
- Friendly Village shops, General Store, Cafe, restaurant, bakery chemist, surfshop, deli and bottleshop.
-Pacific Palms Recreational Club is nearby and provides great family meals, where one can enjoy an afternoon refreshment whilst overlooking Wallis Lakes.
