"Couldn't have been happier with our room .Booked one room for 5 adults .Very clean comfortable bed .Much bigger than we expected .This was a welcome surprise after a very long day .Communication from the virtual agent when we were running late for check in was excellent .So very helpful and then on arrival hotel reception were just as helpful "

"The apartment has a good space, clean, close to public transportation and some restaurants. Good toiletries. They also have a laundry on the basement."

Saturday morning we were woken up with a very loud noise of someone using a VAP right outside our window, and for a quite long period of time. "Appartamento a pochi passi da una fermata del tram particolarmente strategica e con negozi letteralmente a due passi, arredato con gusto ma estremamente attento ai costi, abbastanza grande ma non particolarmente pratico (armadi troppo piccoli, disposizione dei locali "curiosa"). Nota negativa per pulizia, davvero carente, e anche la comunicazione delle informazioni non è ottimale anche se, quando sollecitati, rispondono rapidamente."
