"wir waren im Juli im Ferienhaus in Scherpenheuvel. Das Ferienhaus ist großzügig und modern ausgestattet und hat eine ruhige Lage in einer Nebenstraße. Das Haus selbst ist sauber und die Ausstattung bietet alles Nötige, um einen schönen Urlaub genießen zu können. Die Fotos treffen zu 100% genau, was man vor Ort vorfindet. Die Stadt selbst ist mit ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lebensmittel) oder Gaststätten versorgt, wobei die Öffnungszeiten der Gaststätten nicht jeden Tag der Woche...

"Es gibt keine kostenlosen Parkplätze, sondern nur öffentliche kostenlose Parkplätze. Die Unterkunft ist nicht sehr sauber. Man bekommt keine Antwort vom Besitzer. Es gibt auch kein 24 Stunden Front Desk. Als wir gebucht hatten, stand sogar noch dabei, dass man die ganze Unterkunft alleine zur Verfügung hat, das stimmt aber nicht, es ist nur ein Zimmer. Die Treppen sind sehr steil."

"This was a One of a kind property, very clean and comfortable. With exquisite decor and plenty of space for a family or group of friends. Both the hot tub and sauna were thoroughly enjoyed. Paul was pleasant and accommodating and you could not ask for a nicer host! The trumpet house is a must see cozy home away from home."

Minpunten aan het verblijf : het buitenmeubilair is aan vervanging toe(er waren maar 4 stoelen waarvan 1 kapot en we waren met 8 personen.) De waterduk in de douches is een werkpunt! "

"Für eine Städtereise, bei der man abends einfach mal Ruhe haben möchte, einfach perfekt! Gute Anbindung an die Innenstadt mit Bus und Tram, in der Umgebung Parks und sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Marleen, die Vermieterin, die das Erdgeschoss bewohnt, ist unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Auch der kostenfreie Parkplatz ist in Antwerpen Gold wert."

"The owner entered the room without permission and without a shirt - his usual attire- and began yelling because we turned on the heat in the kitchen (a wood stove) in order to have heat in the top floor room. He said it would cost us 10 EU per day to have heat at night. The kitchen was so filthy with a rancid greese odor we could not cook anything. The room was also very dirty. "We hebben op de eerste avond 3 uur zonder elektra gezeten. Niemand was eerst te bereiken. De Host niet, en ook de helpdesk van VRBO hielp ons niet verder. Uiteindelijk moest de onderbuurman komen om een de switch in zijn garage weer om te zetten.
