"Lovely old house, and immediately calming. Such peaceful surroundings-matched by the helpful and welcoming owners and staff. The food was so very good, a gastronomic delight-without any exaggeration! Very reasonably priced, and the wine, some of which was produced in their own vineyard, was just as good. Made use of the stimming pool too, although the weather was exceptionally hot during our visit. A very relaxing few days, mind and body rejuvenated we moved on to a hectic continuing family...

"An amazing place, peaceful , calm and surrounded by nature.Our hosts were very friendly ,yet professional.Our room was well equipped with beautiful ,traditional decor and furniture .The kitchenette and bathroom were spotless and well equipped. "The castle is in a beautiful spot. Close to the vineyards and Saint-Emilion. We were in France for 12 days and this was our favorite part. The Patio room is absolutely beautiful! "

Pointing this out to the owner he took great offence rather than accepting a little feedback. He accused us of not arriving on time, when no time had been agreed, yet we were there at 4:30pm when arrivals were from 3pm.
