"One reason we booked was the availability of a lift. However, it only serves the 1st and 2nd floors. We were given a room on the third. Luckily a room was still available on the 2nd floor. This aside, the room was good and the dining options acceptable. "

"Beautiful guest house on a hill with parking at rear and just a short walk from the river and shops. Access from road or car park area via steps. Dave couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. Our room was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was totally amazing, with lots to choose from as well as a full Welsh breakfast. I had home made granola, then omelette with goats cheese and drizzled with honey. Yum! I forgot to say, the bed was so comfy, I asked if I could take it...

"Friendly and helpful staff. Location ideal for Anglesey and surrounds. Large free parking area ideal. Five minute drive to restaurants and grocery stores - no restaurant on-site. Minor downside - traffic can be noisy at times."

"I cannot recommend visiting Plas Tan-Yr-Allt enough. Its picturesque setting, welcoming hosts and delightful, historic interior all contributed to a memorable Birthday night for my fiancee. We stayed in Shelley's room, which is exceptional. The huge four poster's impressive and remarkably comfortable. We took afternoon tea, a real treat. "My brother and i stayed here for the weekend. We were greeted warmly by the staff here, he was a really friendly and helpful person. The room was small but cosy. The location is second to none, a 10 minute walk to the centre of Llanberis. We had pizza here the 2nd evening and it was sublime. We also had a chance to meet the owner aswell, and she was lovely too. A really amazing place to stay."
