"We are regular visitors to Amsterdam but it was our first time staying at this hotel. We loved how central the location was. Straight over the road from Central Station. A small issue when we checked in, with our booking transferring over, however the gentalman who checked us in, was very helpful and we received an upgrade to the top floor with a room facing the canal, which was lovely. "Personnel attitude and performance was excellent. Very clean and with good options for breakfast. Very good location tonealk around yhe city center. Everyday resupply of coffee capsules and water was very good. I even received a bottle of sampagne for my birthday that was during my staying there. I will stay there again in my next visit to Amsterdam."

"Solid 3-star hotel in a great location. The facilities are showing their age but everything is functional, and the staff were great. Elandsgracht is pleasant enough on its own, but this spot leaves you with the Jordaan, Leidesplein, Oud-West, Vondelpark and Museumplein, and Sound Garden all in easy distances (just to name a few)."

"I stayed in the shared room with pods, and for a dorm environment, it was awesome! They create a respectful, quiet, clean, and enjoyable space. The pods are comfy, the lockers are secure and were just large enough. The breakfast was awesome."

"My husband and I stayed at Hotel Casa for a week in Amsterdam. We were a little hesitant because it is outside the city centre. However, we are very happy we made the decision to stay here. It is a quiet area that provided a refuge from the hustle and bustle of the city center. Central station is less than a 10 minute ride from Amstel Station, which is right next to the hotel. "The highlight was the canal view for us,other than than it was a pretty standard small room.very close and walkable to central station. Canal view rooms are pricier and breakfast comes with a surcharge. Nothing exceptional about front desk. It would have been nice if there was a coffeemaker in the room. "

"Lovely property with a good view. minutes away from the main train station, tram and buses. Bike riding is a real thing here and it is lovely to people watch just going about their day on the bicycles. Also the largest bike park is next to the hotel. A lovely shopping center is a couple minutes walk from the hotel. "

"This hotel was outstanding. It was spotlessly clean, beautiful and the bed was super comfortable. I wish I could have stayed longer. my only negative comment would be that if you need to store your luggage know that it gets stored near a smoking area for the employees, so it will end up smelling like smoke."

Excellent hotel

"Very good. Nice hotel, location in a smart area very quiet though the metro or tram seems to go underneath which is quite loud first and last thing at night. There’s a food hall just opposite with a range of options. Food options in the hotel only open until 9.30 and no room service option after that. Excellent views from the terrace on the 7th floor. "
