"We enjoyed our location, and the permit for parking, the fans, kitchen, tvs, towels and linen, and comfortable beds. It would be good to have information up front about the showers (one doesn’t work and the other takes forever to get hot, at a counter intuitive faucet position, only told to us after trying to reach an ONeil rep and waiting to hear back). Also, we never got hot water in the kitchen sink. The internet connection went out, so that affected tv Netflix one day. Not sure if that’s...

"Really cute condo that is walking distance to all of the shops and the Capitola beach! You won't have to look for parking you can walk to everything and it is super close! You can actually see the shops from the unit's windows. The place was very clean and stocked fairly well with all of the basics you would need.
