Great house sleeping 10 very comfortably. Stunning modern kitchen, dishwasher, induction cooktop and electric oven, large fridge, wine fridge, pod coffee machine., everything you need for feeding family and friends.
Ducted Reverse cycle heating and cooling to all rooms for those hot summers and cold winters. Amazing fireplace inside and fire pit area outside.
Ensuite off main bedroom, bathroom and 3 toilets in house.
Gas bbq on a huge deck over looking the lake.
Grassed area for kids and pets.
Linen and towels supplied.
Plenty of parking for cars, boats and JetSkis.
5 minutes to public boat ramp.
15 minute walk to Bonnie Doon Pub.
