"This property was convenient to Old Town Annecy & walkable to restaurants & shops. It was extremely difficult to find as local traffic was awful & so many 1-way streets. The area outside was quite loud. Our room smelled like stale smoke although it was listed as smoke free. The breakfast was delicious!"

"This is a really well-managed hotel/apartment. The apartment is super spacious, beds are super comfortable, balcony huge, and cupboards are well stocked with crockery and essentials, if you decide to prepare small meals/snacks. Breakfast is delicious, lots of choice and so many choices! Staff are so welcoming and very helpful. Front desk staff, cleaning staff, restaurant staff all brilliant! "The accommodation was a bit cramped for five people with luggage, with limited storage. A sixth person spotless have been impossible Ski room not heated, so we took our ski boots back to the room each night to stay warm to aid in putting them in the next day Very helpful at reception Good dining options"
