The house is located on a beautiful natural plot on the edge of the river la Calonne. The cozy lapping of the water invites you to spend sunny afternoons and atmospheric summer evenings. Big and small as well as your beloved four-legged friends will find plenty of space to let off steam outdoors, but keep in mind the proximity to the water for small children.

The lovely sandy beaches of Deauville and Trouville are about 27 km away. Spend fun days playing mini golf or sailing and discover the cider route, the idyllic landscapes of the Pays d'Auge and the Normandy of the Impressionists.
