"I recently stayed at Kameha Grand Bonn and found the experience to be underwhelming. Upon check-in, we were assigned a room that felt more like a bachelor pad than a relaxing, comfortable space. While the hotel staff was accommodating in allowing us to switch rooms to a smaller suit with a view of the Rhime, this came with an extra charge, which felt a bit disappointing given the circumstances.Overall, the hotel itself is just okay. "Appartment was nice and clean! It has all the things you need for a short stay! The owner was very nice and communicated great! Only downside was that we didn't know we had neighbours living under us. So we had to be a bit more quiet. All in all it was a great stay!"

"All was good except for the bed, way to soft and the pillows not cotton(sweaty). Otherwise Very friendly and helpful staff, clean, and the breakfast was always good."

"Was booked for 4 nights. Resturaunt shut mon open tues and wed. Shut thurs no reason given. Thin quilt in room. Curtains did not fit and i was on street level so in dark people could look in from street. Room not cleaned bin emptied or towels changed during entire stay. Was not cheap to stay there either. I am well traveled and stay away 4 nights a week with work and this was not good."

"Stop over on way back to Scotland from Switzerland. Arrived late and was still able to get a meal in restaurant . Staff were excellent. Only issue we had they wanted to charge us for breakfast when we had already paid when we booked. Manager sorted it out. Will definitely use the hotel again"

"We stayed 5 nights. The lodge was a bit tight for 5 people but we managed. Getting to the city would require a car as the property is in a small town without much access to public transportation. It is in a quiet area."
