Shared tennis courts and shuffleboard courts can also be found on the property. The home itself has a full kitchen and seating is available both inside and outside on the balcony for dining.

Located right near the water, you don't need to go far to spend time at the beach. There are several restaurants in the surrounding area, so be sure to sample some delicious seafood during your stay! Located right next door, you'll find Bonita Beach Park and the Collier County Barefoot Beach Access. And there is plenty of shopping and entertainment to be found in the surrounding area, as well.

Currently, the pool is not available for use
Ongoing renovations continue in response to the impact of Hurricane Ian. There may be construction noise during normal business hours to repair the damage and contractors are often present. Please note the following when planning a visit:
Atriums, tennis courts, and pickleball courts will start construction in 2025 but no start date and end date have been provided. The pool is currently available.
Construction materials will most likely still be on site but are neatly kept in one location

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
