Located in sought after Building 1!!! Spectacular views of the gulf and sunsets. The beach is steps away. Just across the street. Totally renovated and upgraded. New photos! Luxurious!! Free wireless internet. King bed, sleeper sofa, 4 appliances, 42 inch flat screen TV, porcelain tile throughout, marble and granite coutertops, walkin shower with multi heads, 2 lanai loungers, beach chairs. The large amount of 5 star reviews confirms my guest’s total satisfaction. PLEASE NOTE, that due to hurricane Ian our pools and tennis courts are currently inoperative. The pools are repaired and awaiting final inspections which should occur any day now. The tennis court rebuild will take longer. Probably some time in 2025. Please expect workers onsite at building 1 ground level attending to landscaping repairs. Hurricane Ian caused extensive ground level damage, but we are making good repair progress. Perfect Location
Apartment was in a perfect location with all the amenities needed for a beach vacation. Balcony was perfectly facing west to enjoy the beautiful sunset over the water. Andrew was very responsive to questions. Loved it!!

Bonita Springs Getaway
Great location just across the beach. Quick walk back to room especially handy during those Florida afternoon storms. Place was perfect for our quick getaway.

My mother and I had a wonderful time. We loved this place; The view is amazing and just a minute walk from the beach. It has everything you need, like umbrella, beach chairs, kitchen fully equipped. And the host is very nice.

Nice visit. Beautiful views. Enjoyed having access to the beach chairs and umbrellas. Close proximity to a lot of things to do. Would enjoy coming back.

Beautiful view, convenient location.
We enjoyed our stay. The view was beautiful, and the location is convenient to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Our only issue was the complex is undergoing construction which we were made aware of the day before our visit. Andrew went above and beyond to get the furniture back on the lanai, which was great but there is noise Monday - Saturday which was disruptive. It would have been nice to know about the construction ahead of time.

Lovely condo BUT....
The condo itself was beautiful and comfortable. Location right lookinf at beach was great. However, because of hurricane damage, the entire complex was a working construction zone. We had to walk through scaffolding in a hard hat area. Walkways outside were unsafe. We were warned about no pool, but not about the workman and construction everywhere. We left a day early. Didnt seem safe once we left the unit. Please warn future guests.

Great view of the gulf. Wonderful sunsets. Close to beaches. Cafe in the building has great food. Andrew is very responsive to any requests. Unit could use an upgraded bed. Very hard. Construction noise from rebuild of lanais in the building was major negative. would have appreciated notice prior to rental.

Small place, renovated kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable for two people. Towels and linens past their prime, replacing them would make a big difference. Small shampoo and soap for the shower would be nice at least for the first day to avoid running to the store right away. Other than these small improvements everything else was ok.

Perfect lil condo! Comfortable bed, within steps to the ocean, quiet area, everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare our own meals. Never saw the office manager to get parking pass. Tried different hours but they were not there. Lots of construction going on in the area we stayed. It would’ve been nice to have known that ahead of time.

Great View/Great Location
I don’t think you could do much better at this condo community than this property. High floor lent great views, updated clean bathroom, and shortest walk possible to the beach. Finding parking at the public access can be difficult and we could walk for dinner as well (Doc’s right across the street) There were bad reviews about the bed, but we found it acceptable. The pillows were the worst part, I had to use two to sleep. We read something about having issues with the shower, but we had no issues with the shower. Other than that we were very happy and would book again.

Location was great
The location was great. The condo was spotless. However there were no toiletries. Not even a bar of soap in the bathroom. There was only 1 and a half rolls of toilet paper. So we had to go to the store to buy bath wash, soap, toilet paper. Then there was a coffee maker, filters but no coffee. Back to the store to buy coffee. The view was worth the inconvience, but I paid too much for lack of fundamentals.

The condo was very clean and in a great location! The owner called and texted a few to check in on us since we were there when Helene passed by. Would definitely stay there again if we're back in the area!

Central locations, beachfront oasis
Great location to beach, putt-putt, kayaking rentals at Big Hickory, Naples restaurants, and shopping. One of my favorite areas to spend a vacay or work from home trip, Bonita has it all. Stayed July 2024 and there was construction but this unit and building was not impacted. Quiet! Plus, this unit was beachfront with one of the coziest beds, most beautiful views, and responsive owner. Short walk to beach. Everything was upgraded and well thought out. Great screened in patio. Definitely will be staying here again.

A piece of paradise
Our stay was absolutely amazing! This place is honestly a gem and the host is fantastic. The sunset view from the balcony is breathtaking and the beach is just across the street. The property was equipped with everything you needed and more. It had all the beach essentials, so you don’t have to worry about that. The communication with the host was exceptional. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Andrew for being such a great host!

Great Location and Views
We needed to stay near Naples Florida, and wanted a view of the sunset. This location is literally across the street from the beach and affords a great view of the sunset. It's a screen patio, so not a huge fan of the screen but it does serve the purpose of keeping your sunset viewing bug free. Condo is small but has everything you need including stove, microwave, refrigerator, full size sink, dishes and even a dishwasher. It seems a lot of properties will try to get by with a queen size bed, which we hate, this one had a comfortable king size bed. The space was extremely clean. Most surfaces are white, which added to the clean feeling. Tile throughout the condo, which again helps with the clean feeling. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.
