It also includes a large kitchen with new appliances, 2 bathrooms, and a beautiful and cozy screened-in patio overlooking the private fenced yard with woodburning fire pit and canal. Enjoy biking to the beach, beach chairs with umbrellas, and a selection of canoes-kayaks to explore the Great Calusa Blueway Water paddle ways! If you enjoy outdoor cooking then test your skills on a new Weber Summit top-of-the-line BBQ grill and Blackstone Flat Top!
