The one and only Tommy Bahama House, 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms, located directly on Bonita Beach in Bonita Springs, Florida. The elegance and beauty of Tommy Bahama House is apparent when you turn off Hickory Blvd. onto the paver driveway and see the ginger bread trim and lattice garage door's. You will immediately know why you choose to spend your vacation or Holiday on this beach front treasure. Take the freshly painted white stairs and new vinyl railing and balusters on the North side of Tommy Bahama to the front door. Enter your own personal code, step in side and enjoy the untold beauty of vaulted ceilings, Gulf of Mexico views, granite kitchen counter tops and a screened liana that will take your breath a way. Wonder why the name Tommy Bahama?? Mounted on the wall is an original Tommy Bahama display used by the founders of the World renowned Company when he was trying to get anyone to carry his clothing brand. Walk down the hallway and on your left is the Master Bedroom with king size bed and its private full bathroom. On the right side of the hallway is bedroom two with Queen size bed and connecting door to bathroom two with claw foot & shower and beautiful sink. Just a few more steps and you arrive at the third bedroom with twin beds and more relaxing colors that will relax and let you enjoy your days and nights at the elegant and one of a kind Tommy Bahama House/Cottage. Take the stairs that brought you to the front door to the lower level patio and barbeque area and relax under the umbrella covering the table for six or head on out to the beach. You may also enter the lower level beach side by entering thru the sliding glass doors into the air conditioned lower level with small kitchen, king size bed, full bathroom and laundry room which serves the entire home. You may also enter this lovely area by a private door located in the garage. When you are looking for that perfect beach front private home or cottage, Tommy Bahama House will make you glad you came, but sorry when it is time to leave.

Great beach-front house
We had a great time staying at this house. The location right on the beach couldn't be better. The kitchen was very well equipped, and there were plenty of beach chairs and towels to make hanging out at the house very comfortable. It's only a few minutes away from several restaurants, the grocery store, and anything else you need. We'd definitely stay there again!

Enjoyed the house very much good flow and loved the proximity to the water and the screen porch we'll try to come back again next year. The owner was very accommodating and allowing us Sunday to Sunday which made it much easier for the part of our family that was traveling

Relaxing and well equipped home. Very few smaller homes left in Bonita Springs. This one was incredibly comfortable. House is organized well. Small repairs needed but overall did not effect us at all. I would stay again without question.

Best Bonita Stay Yet
Our family of 6 has vacationed in Bonita for the past 5 years, staying in different houses on the beach. We all agreed this was our favorite house & we already booked it for next year. The house was clean, utilities were new, beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were pretty updated as well. I read in another review that there were no beach chairs, so I was a little nervous about that -- but there were plenty of beach chairs at the property. The only thing the property was lacking was honestly some wine glasses -- but they had plenty of other glasses!

Can’t beat the location. Very private beach.
A smaller property amongst mansions. Wake up to the crashing waves. Take the short stroll to the water’s edge. Most days during our week-long stay in April, we were the only ones on the beach within 100 feet in either direction. Has a separate living and sleeping area on the lower level that was perfect for our teenager. Screened porch was wonderful.

Location was great, property clean and very comfortable. Only small issue was that I wish they had some beach chairs, we brought our own so we were fine, but if I had flown it would have been a bummer...that is all I have..will for sure stay there again

Tommy Bahamas house - Bonita
This was a perfect location to feel like the beach was yours and yours alone . Except for beach walkers we were mostly sitting on a long stretch of beach all alone . Water was delightful, with sandy bottom and perfect depth. Many groceries / restaurants etc with 5-10 minute ride so supplies were easily available . We were only four so didn’t take advantage of the full capacity of the house, but the downstairs suite was perfect for those of us needing to minimize stairs . House was moderately well equipped . Beds were comfortable and laundry area was large and handy . Only critique would be that the towels are well past their useful life and need replacement . All in all We would definitely use the property again .

Absolutely gorgeous views and spacious house but some things could use some TLC
The house was mostly clean with a beautiful view of the beach and in a great location; however, found some issues: stained hand towels and blender base sticky with residue; mattresses were sinking in the middle and grill only had half side working. There was an important instruction in front of air unit that was not visible. With some minor fixes, some trimming of back vegetation for better beach view and quicker replies, this property would be total 5 out of 5.

We loved EVERYTHING about Tommy Bahama and the property manager
The Tommy Bahama house is absolutely perfect. We had 5 people, more than enough space, amazing views, a private beach and every amenity we could want or need. We ended isolating there due to COVID-19 and the property manager and owners made it seamless and easy for us to stay safe and feel welcomed and taken care of -- they were in communication with us whenever we needed anything. They were prompt, caring and reliable. We would recommend this home to anyone and would rent again and again.

Beautiful Family Vacation!
We originally reserved another property but with Hurricane Dorian bearing down we had to reschedule our family vacation. Collier Properties, more specifically Arlan and Jamie were very helpful in providing us with alternative options. We ended up in this house which they assured us was comparable. While I can’t compare, this house was exactly what we needed for our family to celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary.

Three Generation Vacation
The Tommy Bahama House was a perfect place for Nana, Papa, daughter, son-in-law, and two grandchildren to spend a week. The kids of all ages loved the little back-yard beach as well as being able to go on the large beach as well! And the sunsets … sensational! The house had everything we needed/wanted … complete with a fully equipped kitchen, beach towels galore, fresh white linens, ceiling fans, air conditioning, Wifi, lounges and sand chairs for relaxing, sand toys for the kids, outdoor shower, etc. I highly recommend the house and Arlan the manager … anything we needed before booking, during the booking process and while staying there was well taken care of!
