Newly Renovated Private Pool Home -Minutes to Bonita Beach. Quiet location.

Private detached home with heated pool located in quiet area at the border of North Naples and Bonita Springs just west of highway 41 and only 2 miles to the beach. The house is completely remodeled, it has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and 2 car garage. The family room is open to the kitchen, dining area, and pool lanai. Screen pool has large deck equipped with lounge chairs and a dining table for 6 people and separate sitting area. There is also a propane burning grill. The pool can be used all year round, with an electric heater for colder days .

The house has a split layout with master bedroom on one side and 2 bedrooms on the other side of the house. The master bedroom has split/king size bed, walk in closet and private bath. Second bedroom has a queen size bed, third bedroom has double size beds. We also have a crib for baby.
It’s folded in master bedroom closet.
The brand-new kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertop, marble backsplash and a huge island, and is fully equipped to prepare any meal .There is also a BBQ by the pool area .
Free high speed internet. Guest must use there own logins to access streaming services like NETFIX or HULU.

In the attached garage, you will find a washer and dryer free to use during your stay. We have included an abundance of beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers to enjoy the beach and 4 adult bikes that you can use to explore the area.

The house is conveniently located only 25 minutes from Southwest Regional International Airport. In the area you will find great amenities, restaurants, supermarkets and boat rentals. You will find this home to be warm, beautiful and comfortable.

Great time in Bonita Springs
Stayed for 2 weeks daughter and family joined us for first week son and family joined us for second. All had a good time. Great location enjoyed the pool beach and restaurants as well as meals around the pool.

Bonita Paradise!
This home was the best home we've rented off of VRBO in the past 4 years! The owner has gone above and beyond in offering a great space, very clean & EVERY amenity you would thinnk of that you would need for a Florida vacation. Top notch all around. A very comfortable, beautiful home.

We had a great time at this house. It's in a good location. They have everything that you need to enjoy your time at the house, in the pool, or a day at the beach. I would recommend renting a truck to take all the supplies to the beach. I would stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We had a great time on vacation here with our family. The home is beautiful and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kids loved the pool and spa. We went to the beach one day and it was great to be able to use the beach chairs and umbrella that were available. Thank you Maggie for being such a great host!

Perfect home away from home
We chose this home while visiting our daughter in college for a week. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The pool and sauna were fabulous and we used every day. Beach was a 5 minute drive and we were thankful for the beach chairs and beach gear to use. Will definitely stay here again when we come down in future.

We had a great month in Bonita Springs at this lovely home! The kitchen was nicely stocked with kitchen ware items of high quality! Enjoyed the heated pool and sauna and outside living area! Great location and can easily walk to restaurants, church etc. Maggie was quick to respond if we had any questions, I.e. adding water to the pool!

This is our 2nd time at this property! Great location in a friendly residential area. close to all beaches, great restaurants and most important golf! Seemless check in and Maggie the owner would answer questions with in the half hour! House is totally equipped with everything you'd need to make for a perfect stay ans it's super clean!!!!!! Fantastic pool/hot tub!
House is very comfortable with an abundance of supplies for pool and beach. The hot tub and pool were the easiest to use of the many houses we have rented. Outdoor area was roomy and again comfortable furniture including lounges, rocking chairs, table and chairs. Super clean!

Best villa we’ve stayed at on the Gulf coast
Maggie was a pleasure to deal with. And the villa was outstanding. Had everything you could possibly need for a quality stay; lots of beach chairs, beach umbrellas, even multiple umbrella anchors. Two huge cool boxes, 4 bikes. Kitchen and bbq tools in abundance. Everything was modern and exactly as the pictures, even to the pool inflatables. Can’t recommend highly enough; and a great location too.

Family visit for Thanksgiving
This is the second year that we have rented this house for Thanksgiving. My parents live in Bonita Springs so this location is ideal for us. We love the pool and outdoor area! The house is well equipped with lots of extras! The hosts provide everything that you need for a comfortable vacation including bikes, pool towels, beach equipment, shampoo, soap, and more. There is a big table for family game night too!

Family Fun
Super comfortable home, with all the amenities you could ask for!! Well appointed kitchen with plenty of dishes, glassware, tea towels, etc. We made great use of the pool/spa every day. Bedrooms & furniture were all comfortable. The extra refrigerator in the garage was a huge plus! We are looking forward to booking our next stay here again. Great Home in a Great Location
Rented the home towards the end of January 2023 with extended family. The home is equipped with all amenities we could use. Very clean and spacious. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. The pool and hot tub are the highlight of the stay. We had 80 degrees and sunny. Spent a lot of time around the pool. Internet worked well. I wouldn't hesitate to book again when visiting the area. Owners we very helpful and responsive. Located near Publix and a variety of restaurants. Home is secure and in a good neighborhood.

A Perfect Home Away from Home
We had an amazing week at your home. The inside of the house looks even better in person than in the pictures online. The house is in a perfect location, it was extremely clean and you can tell the property is very well maintained. It was also fully stocked with everything you could need for a perfect vacation. We brought all of our own toiletries and shower items but the house was stocked with all of it incase you would’ve needed. I loved that all of the sinks had their own pump soap with great scents 😁. My boys are 17 and 19, this house, the amenities, AND the location were exactly what we needed. Our most relaxing time was spent by the pool and I enjoyed my morning bike rides around Vanderbilt Lakes. We are hoping to purchase a home in your area, but if we don’t have one next year we would definitely love to book your home again. Thank you ❤️

Awesome place, awesome location
Lots of attention to detail made this an awesome place. The kitchen was beautiful with more equipment than we needed. Ample towels, including beach towels, pool noodles and floats were great for the pool. We did not go to the beach, but there were beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and a cart. One of our group uses a walker and the place has only one tiny step up, which was not a problem and the steps into the pool were more navigable with the railing than others we have tried. This location in Bonita Springs is one of our favorites. 30 minutes from downtown Naples, 30 minutes from Fort Meyers, 10 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to groceries and restaurants, including The Royal Scoop.

Amazing property
We were so thrilled with this property that I attempted to book again for next year, but unfortunately someone beat me to it!! The house is exactly as pictured, beautifully updated, with wonderful kitchen, dining and family room all open. Bedrooms very comfortable and the best master shower I have ever used. Although I did not use myself, my son and grandson thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub/pool combination. The home is situated perfectly in Bonita Springs. Close to beaches, shopping and all other attractions, but just far enough away to not hear all the traffic noise from Bonita Beach Rd and Tamiami Trail. Maggie was very accommadating and a pleasure to work with. This was the 4th rental property I have stayed in in Bonita Springs and I would highly reccommend it.

Wonderful Property!
Wonderful property to rent! Stayed for five nights in March with two of our grown children to visit family in Naples. House is beautiful: open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area that feels larger than the photos can depict. Comfortable beds; pool & spa; can park vehicle in garage (with use of included opener); beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and even four bikes to use for the 2-mile jaunt to beach; washer/dryer and second fridge in garage—everything is provided! Every kitchen item, utensil, or appliance you need is covered. Home is also well stocked with paper towels, napkins, dish soap, hand soap, TP, sunscreen, laundry detergent to get you started, so you don’t have to make that initial store run until after you arrive and take stock of what you may need/prefer; makes restocking the home much easier. Neighborhood is quiet and convenient to everything. I had a quick question for the owners a few days prior to our stay: I received an email response within 5 minutes. Our family can’t recommend this property more highly—just book it; you will not regret it!

Thanksgiving with family
This is the 3rd year we have stayed here for Thanksgiving. My mom and aunt live nearby. The location is perfect for us. The house is fantastic and has everything that we need! Our family now refers to it as “our house” 😂 We hope we can stay here again next year!!

Lovely stay in Bonita
We know this area very well and was not disappointed with this new place to stay. Having previously owned we were delighted to find this house a true home that we would have been proud to call our own home. The owner also provided everything we needed to rock up and enjoy! So organised! Whilst there we had a couple of niggles with the Internet which was no fault of Maggie the owner and she bent over backwards to get if fixed with xfinity. If anything it will give us the confidence to rent again, as they really cared about our holiday!

Family get away
We absolutely loved this place, we as a family have been coming to Bonita Sptings for over 40 years. By far this house was top notch!!! Not one thing missing, everything was take care of. We all loved the pool, location and how modern the house was. Thank you for a wonderful week full of memories
