While our area continues to rebuild from the impacts of recent hurricanes, and though our paradise may look a bit different than it once did, our beaches are beautiful and accessible right across the street from this condo. The sun continues to shine and brings with it spectacular sunsets to savor and new memories to be made. Although ongoing renovations are taking place throughout Bonita Beach, Fort Myers Beach, local shops and restaurants continue to reopen and welcome your support with a visit to our area!
Bonita Beach & Tennis continues to rebuild while re-opening in a limited capacity since hurricane Ian. The condo complex is a "CONSTRUCTION ZONE!" This will include but not limited to ongoing construction around the 5 condo towers, and common areas of the property. The pool, tennis courts are currently closed. The pool is estimated to be reopended by February 15, 2025 but subject to change. There will be no refunds after arrival because of the aforementioned construction condition of the condo community.
This 7th floor Beach and Tennis studio is located in the highly desirable Building 1, which is the closet walk to the beach, via the protected beach access crossing. The view from the balcony looks over the Gulf and toward Barefoot beach to the south - you really will remember it long after your vacation ends!
Start your day out with coffee on the private lanai or with a morning stroll to the beach. Finish off your long beach day with a cocktail at Docs next door and a view of the gorgeous Gulf sunset. Nestled between the Gulf of Mexico and the Imperial River, the Beach & Tennis condo community is comprised of 5 10-story towers overlooking the Gulf, across the street from Bonita Beach Park, with premium beach access and active lifestyle offerings.

500 square feet of studio space, sleeping up to 3 guests; the kitchen and bathroom have been remodeled with beautiful stone counters, and tile flooring throughout.
The living area has a leather loveseat and chair, large flat screen TV with cable package and sliding glass doors open to the sun-filled, 7th floor balcony with a beautiful view
The bedroom area is open to the living space and enjoys a view of the TV from the bed - which includes a queen and twin bed; bed and bath linens are included, and a large open closet with dresser is available for your belongings.
The bathroom features a bathtub/shower combination.
The kitchen comes equipped full size refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, glasses, silverware, basic small appliances and dining table for 4.
The full glass sliding doors in the living area open to the screen enclosed lanai where you can enjoy an evening meal or morning coffee overlooking the Gulf.
Free WiFi is available throughout the condo.
All bed linens, bath and pool/beach towels are included.
Beach chairs, wagon, and cooler are included.
Community pay-per-use washers & dryers are located in buildings 3 & 5.

Naples, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva Island, and all of the neighboring communities offer dining, shopping, water sports, wildlife, cultural, and sporting events for your southwest Florida vacation. This condo is the perfect getaway, yet close to all the pleasures Southwest Florida has to offer.
This property is approximately 23 miles from RSW International Airport. This 5 building complex is a walk across the street from Bonita Beach.
No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property; this includes the condo and balcony.
No pets allowed.
This unit is provided with a travel size set of bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels. Once these items run out, they are not replenished.
Minimum age to rent is 25. Please be prepared to present a government issued picture ID, matching the name on the property is booked in, to a representative of management company or property owner within 24 hours of your check-in.
