One of two cottages and four suites, The Bean Cottage at Four Winds offers stately elegance with a relaxing country setting. Convenient parking directly behind the cottages.

The Space:
We offer the Judge Roy Bean Cottage just 150 days out of the year to maintain our Texas Homestead. Once that 150th day is booked, guests will have to wait to next year!

The Neighborhood:
Walking distance to downtown and the winery.

Other Things to Note:
***Please note that the Judge Roy Bean Cottage is part of our Homesteaded property in accordance with Chapter 11 of the Texas Property Tax Code. In order to maintain our Homestead rights under Section 11.13 (k) we only offer the carriage house for rental for a maximum of 150 days of the calendar year. Once the 150th day is booked on the site, there will be no opportunity to book any other days for that calendar year.***
