"Beautiful chateau in rural France with lovely gardens and good walks in the surrounding countryside. We received a friendly welcome on arrival and the friendly and welcoming atmosphere continued throughout our stay. Our room was very comfortable and clean as were the restaurant and lounge area. The breakfast was superb and there was plenty of choice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

"We booked a room based on the pictures as advertised, however we were very disappointed to be given a tiny room near the front gate! We were given no access codes to enter, and there was noone on site! Finally answered his phone after several attempts and gave us the code. There was no door for privacy to the shower, we had our adult daughter with us, so we had to take turns waiting outside whilst the other showered! The bunk bed mattresses were very uncomfortable. "Sehr gepflegtes Zimmer, allerdings war das Bett zu schmal. Allumfassendes Frühstück, liebevoll zubereitet. Die Eigentümerin Catherine war sehr nett, interessiert und hilfsbereit und gab viele Tipps zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und Ausflügen. Kostenloses parken in der Nähe."

Un hôtel automatique qui rencontre des bugs : pas de réception par SMS du code de la porte et de la chambre, ce qui oblige à appeler la centrale tard le soir devant la porte... Escalier et hall délabrés avec odeurs de moisi... Absence de clé sur la porte de la chambre qui oblige à rappeler la centrale... Pas la cafetière attendue dans la chambre... Quand au petit déjeuner : il faut aller chercher de quoi manger à la boulangerie 150 m plus loin qui...

Despite arriving late, we were promptly greated by our exceptionally friendly host Julien, who was wonderful in showing us to our room and was very kind in being willing to speak to us in English since we don't speak French very well. "Il bagno ha una tenda che lo divide dal letto. Si sentono tutti i rumori e di notte,in caso di uso, la luce da fastidio. Non c'è privacy. Il letto è piccolissimo. Troppo piccolo e stretto anche per una coppia. Il materasso sfondato. Dal letto si sentono tutti i rumori degli spazi pubblici divisi da un ballatoio."
