"A great property to stay in. We stayed 7 nights. Handy to everything. RSL next door and a large menued restaurant next door. Some minor housekeeping matters needed eg repairs. Most were attended to quickly and others escalated. Reception staff were very approachable and helpful"

"There was a problem with the Air Conditioner. I understand these things can happen, but when I reported it to the person,she knew what was happening. So in other words, the problem had been experienced before. The advice from management was to not use the A/C after they had inspected it. There was no offer to shift us to another room, and if there was an existing fault with the A/C before we arrived why wasn't it repaired."
