"This was a five star hotel for customer service at an extremely reasonable rate. Picked up at the airport in a Tesla, lovely reception upon arrival, fruit and cookies in room and nothing too much for the friendly and helpful staff. Lovely room with a terrace, very clean and only a few minutes walk to the metro to get downtown. Top service, well done and thank you for being so welcoming. Origado! "

"What we liked is that this was a real neighborhood, not just a tourist area. It was an easy walk from the main train station connecting to Lisbon. the hotel itself is spanking brand new and the bed was big and comfortable. Also less than two blocks away was an amazing local bakery (Chicana) which was amazingly cheap for that quality of pastries, bread and coffee. Their English is limited, but you will be fine. We did breakfast there every day and then walked to the main part of Porto (but we often walk over 20,000 steps a day when we travel -- FYI.)"
