Relaxing environment
Totally enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortable & cozy. The views from the deck were beautiful. The house is located in the perfect spot. Somewhat secluded but close enough to the main road & town. Loved it!

Great vacation
The property was exactly as advertised. The view from the deck was fanastic. There was a babbling brook that we could see from the deck and easily walk down to enjoy. There was an ample amount of seating on the deck. We utilized the barbecue grill, propane fire pit and the fire pit in the side yard. We also enjoyed listening to the extensive record collection at the house. We were lucky to have perfect weather while we were there. It was a great vacation all around.

The Perfect Ski Weekend Stay
This home 100% delivered! The pictures were very accurate, the home was clean and every inch of space was thought through on how it could be used most efficiently. We were able to be all together but then could send the kids off into another room to play games, watch TV or play video games. We could easily get to the center of Town and it was a quick ride to Stratton and Bromley. I'm so glad we booked in August as this is a gem that I'm sure is often sought after.

Fall getaway
Really enjoyed your property. The view off the deck was fantastic. The interior of the home was just right, everything fit and was functional. The whole group loved the place and we all want to come back next year at the same time.

Rental for our 50th!
The location, views and cleanliness were great. Many games, fire pits and classic old albums are nice additions. The only issue we had was the tap water has a high mineral or metal content, so we relied on bottled water for drinking.

Lovely Vermont Cottage
- welcoming host, very good communication - very good use of a smalls space to accommodate a group - the rooms and beds are comfortable and the bathroom renovations are lovely as described in the listing - the collection of board games was terrific - thank-you! - the cottage is old but has been updated. And well maintained.

Its always great when the actual house perfectly matches the listing. Five adults comfortably enjoyed a long weekend in the Manchester area in March 2023. House had everything we needed to cook, lounge, and enjoy our time (including shovels for over a foot of snow during our stay!)

Great Ski House!
This house is picturesque. From the moment you pull up and all thru the inside you can't help but notice the attention to detail. This place easily sets a mood. My extended family (7 adults/4 kids) came up for a long ski weekend and we fit comfortably. We went to Stratton (20 mins away) one day and Bromley (5 mins away) the next. The fireplace and record player were running all weekend. Everything we needed for meals, showers, sleeping, laundry, and entertaining the kids were all there. The view from the deck in the morning was beautiful. Vermont is magical and the house shows it. My only problem was that now I have to redecorate my home because my wife wants ours to look the same. Thank you so much for letting us stay. We would come back next year for sure.

Beautiful home with amazing views
The house was clean and well maintained. The owners were prompt to respond with any questions. Hanging out on the deck was amazing. The views are absolutely incredible. Feels like a peaceful mountain retreat while at the same time being very close and convenient to downtown Manchester. Best of both worlds.

We loved the house. Very much enjoyed the deck and the views!! We even got the outside fire pit going. Loved it! The home is warm and cozy, as advertised. The home decor is outstanding. Love your taste! We found a lot of good hiking and small towns. The foliage is at its peak right now and was absolutely beautiful. We talked about coming back next year, but for three nights, not two. It goes by too fast! Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise!

We had a group of six adults and we were all very comfortable in the cabin. It was clean, nicely decorated and as described on line. The views were beautiful! It was in a quiet area and yet not too far from Manchester Center. We would absolutely stay again.

Great location!
Perfect spot for our first time visiting Vermont! The view from the back deck is amazing and so beautiful and the house is so cute and cozy! The beds are super comfy and we loved that there was a record player with records and a lot of fun games. Nearby towns are super quaint with great restaurants and awesome hiking spots. The green mountains being in the backyard was the best! It’s definitely a beautiful spot

A gorgeous view!
A lovely place, with beds for many guests. The decor was cute and we really appreciated the cleanliness of the place, the toiletries and the well-stocked kitchen. Only downside was a very small bathroom downstairs that was tough for a couple of adults and would be tough for more than two people to share.

Great House
Perfect location for area attractions, hiking, etc and downtown Manchester is awesome for walking around with lots of shops, restaurants. The house is very easy to find and exactly what we needed for 7 of us plus our dog. Plenty of room; we spent a lot of time on the big back deck; it’s like another room with great views of the mountains. The beds were SO comfy and the bedroom/bathroom on the main floor was ideal for my elderly mother (and a main point why I chose this particular rental. It is a quiet location and very peaceful-you can see and hear the brook from the deck. I reached out to owners when we got there for help, clarifications and they responded to us within minutes. If you are traveling to this area of VT, I highly recommend this house

Amazing views!
Beautiful property tucked into green mountain national forest. The view on the deck was incredible! Mountains as far as the eye can see. House is great for a small family are getting together with some friends for the weekend. Manchester is a lovely town with lots to do. Highly recommend!

Awesome place!
My family and I stayed here during our recent visit to Vermont. My family includes children from an infant to 11 years old and the home was perfect for us. My older kids loved all the house had to offer from bunk beds to games to books to visits of the brook! We highly recommend this home. The owner does a great job of communicating and gave timely responses. A five star host!
