"Extremely nice facility! Plenty of room for a large group. Well stocked with all the supplies needed. It was very icy weather when we arrived in January ( of course - it's Colorado), therefore being located at a high altitude we had a little trouble getting up the road leading to the cabin. But the neighbors were excellent to help us. Really good neighborhood, very friendly and willing to help us in any way. Neighbors even loaned us snow sleighs to use. "Cabin is very cute but ultimately for only 2 people. I requested a VRBO for 4 people in my search engine and this cabin populated that it could accommodate 4 people. Luckily only 3 of us traveled and the owner reached out to me (which was very nice ) so we brought our blow up mattress. The cot that was provided would not have been comfortable for my 18 year old. I’m also grateful the owner communicated the sleeping arrangements but like I mentioned, this cabin should really be under the “2...

"Great views of the mountains! Perfect for a couple who want to be off the grid. Things I wish I would have known ahead of time: no WiFi on property (which makes tv unusable unless you have cell service up there - we did not), no washer/dryer, no dishwasher, gas fireplace doesn’t work, and minimal indoor lighting. "Comfortable mountain duplex but needed to be thoroughly cleaned. A few things needed to be repaired. The kitchen had what we needed to prepare meals. We would stay there again though since it’s near the lakes."

"The cabin is lovely and relaxing. It is isolated enough to enjoy the solitude of the land around you without being far from a neighbor. The location was perfect for us who had family staying at different venues from a hotel in Trinidad to camper camping at the creek a couple of miles up the road.
