For convenience, guests can easily access the local marina at Woodard Marine, just 5.1 miles away on the south side of the lake, to launch their boat and park the trailer for a fee. Woodard Marine charges 15 dollars a night or 50 dollars a week for boat trailer storage. To put boat in the lake most visitors prefer one of two boat launch locations on Lake Bomoseen.

Outdoor enthusiasts will delight in the array of water activities available, including three kayaks and a stand-up paddleboard provided for guests' enjoyment. Bomoseen Golf Club is also conveniently located less than a mile away, offering a fantastic opportunity for a round of golf amidst picturesque surroundings.

90 ' of dock space. One space available for guest boat. Owner moor's a boat on another side.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
