Lake Bomoseen Luxury Waterfront, Family Friendly Getaway!

Make the most of a Vermont getaway at this four-bedroom retreat. Enjoy waterfront views and access. Swim and fish from the private dock or launch the paddleboat for a leisurely tour of the lake. Two kayaks and two paddleboards are provided for group excursions.

The spacious yard features a paver-stone patio furnished with a huge, campfire style grill. For a more casual al fresco experience, fire up the gas grill on the deck and lounge on the cushioned patio furniture while dinner sizzles.

The space:
The 3850 Sq. ft. bright, three-story interior comes well-appointed for contemporary guest comfort and offers plenty of space for a group getaway.

Main floor and lower level living areas each comes furnished with comfortable sofa seating and smart TVs offering flexible entertainment options. The wood-burning fireplace offers a toasty warmth for any occasion.

The kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher) and all the cookware and utensils needed for home-cooking. We even have a bar cabinet with all the tools you will need.

One bedroom and a full bathroom are located on the main floor. Three bedrooms share a full bathroom upstairs and a half-bathroom is located downstairs for household convenience. All bedrooms contain a wall A/C unit or mini split unit for comfort on those hot summer nights.

The lower level has been setup to maximize family time. A 6 person game table, wood stove, huge sofa and foosball table will keep the fun going all day long!

Calling all cooks:
We offer a huge campfire grill to cook on open flame, a new Webber smoker and propane grill on the main deck. Enjoy the views of the lake while making that perfect meal!

Guest access:
Guests will have access to entire property with exception of locked closets/shed for homeowners items.

Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

THINGS TO KNOW:
We ask that you never have more than 10 people ever in the home day or night. The home is on well/septic and is not designed to handle a larger work load. We will ask your additional guests to leave immediately.

2 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, and a paddleboat along with 4 life vests are available for guest use. Personal boats and rentals are permitted to dock on the property. However, we live north of the float bridge Road which has a limited clearance bridge over it. You can navigate it with pontoon boats, just have the canopy down. You will not be able to bring a wakeboard boat.

No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Must be at least 25 years of age to rent.

Our home operates on well. For this reason, we ask our guests to be cognizant of their water use. We have taken numerous precautions to avoid the well running dry including a recent addition of 1200 gallon holding tanks and water efficient fixtures.

In case you are unfamiliar with Lake Bomoseen, please be aware the lake does have milfoil (seaweed) That shouldn't keep you from enjoying the lake's warm waters. We do our best to clean out the area in front of our home and you will be able to enjoy.

This home has one Ring doorbell camera located on the right side of front door which looks out to the street. There are no other indoor/outdoor cameras located on property.

The wood on side of home is available for purchase if you are interested. Summer rate is $5/day, Fall rate is $10/day and Winter rate is $15/day
