"The hotel itself is very nice, very well located and with all the necessary things you may need during the family trip. However I always get surprised, why very simple requests turn out to be so difficult to fulfil by the stuff. We had a deluxe suite with sofa bed for our child - which was not prepared when we got in. BUT: I wonder, why it turned out to be so difficult to get the second blanket (you call it "duvet") for the master bed. I had to ask 3 times before someone came with it. Another...
