"The staff took great care of me!"

"Staff is really nice. From bartenders, to house cleaners, to boat drivers. Had a good time. It is tedious to get there from Airport with how many forms of transportation you need, but front desk reps made it easy for us to get cab from airport to the first port. I would recommend for a girls trip, couples trip, or family trip , since I saw a lot of kids there as well."

"This is a beautiful property that was quiet, clean, and well stocked. It felt very safe, with a security guard present at night. Ester was helpful in booking anything you could possibly want (chefs, massages, excursions, transportation), and the groundskeepers made sure everything was immaculate outside. Our family of 6 (including four 18-year-olds celebrating graduation) was very comfortable there. We did experience some power outages that occurred across the entire island, but thankfully, they weren't for very long. As far as the location goes, it is about 15 minutes south of town down an unpaved road. I liked that it was away from the hustle and bustle, but you will have to take a golf cart ride to get to restaurants and shops. Bring casual clothes as it is very hot and dusty, so you will not look "picture perfect" once you arrive in town. I'd also suggest packing lots of snacks (especially if you're on a specific diet) as options are pretty limited in stores and very expensive (if you're looking for American brands)."

"There’s a lot to digest about this experience! Honestly the pool and the view is what made staying here pleasant. Here is what went wrong! 1. No one from the VRBO met us when we checked in. This led to a multitude of problems. The entrance we used had standing sewer water which stalled the golf cart and had us walking in it to move the golf cart out of the water. This was disgusting! 2. Everyday there were roaches in the sink and table area which caused us to have to throw away most of the groceries we had on the table. This was expensive and we opted to not have meals cooked for us here because of how unsanitary it was. 3. The bed broke which took two days to get fixed. 4. Because of the construction and sewer water problem never being fixed we had to reroute our way to come and go from the property which inevitably led to us having a flat (driving over construction materials) and caused us to miss one of our excursions. 5. This location was not prepared for the daily blackouts Belize is going through right now. No generator on site. This caused all the food in the refrigerator to go bad, melt and wasted. No flashlights or notice was given until the third day when I asked if these blackouts were going to happen everyday. I was then directed to a FB group. I tried hard not to let the constant let down of dealing with all that this location brought but the suggestion to go enjoy the stars during the blackout was ridiculous!"

"What an amazing property! My husband and 2 friends stayed in 4A and it did not disappoint. Beautiful views. Quiet neighborhood. Sandra was great. If there was anything we needed all we had to do was ask. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I would definitely we recommend staying here if you want a week of relaxation. "

"I do not have enough good things to say about this property. Gregg is a fantastic and helpful owner. The rooms are modern, clean and fully equipped. Great water pressure. Pool was clean and refreshing. Cold beers on site. Fully fenced in property with bikes and kayaks for exploring. Awesome dogs on site. Don't let the fact it is on the northern part of the island deter you, it is incredibly easy to get to. We stayed right at the end of our trip and were going to head back to Belize City the night before our flight, but really wanted to stay because Caye Caulker is so beautiful. Gregg set everything up for us to stay another night. He told us which airline to book in the morning, arranged a private water taxi from the hotel dock to the split taxi stand, and a taxi from the split to the airport. He is incredibly knowledgable and friendly, the level of customer service is unmatched. We stumbled upon this place by chance and we are incredibly blessed that we did. I cannot wait to come back and see the work he has planned for the property! "

"We really enjoyed the privacy of the rental! We booked massages, Tropic air tickets, and a golf cart through Jessi, the guest experience manager and it helped so much! We even needed to make a change to our return flights to BZE and Jessi took care of it immediately. Just to be forewarned the property is a bit far from everything so a golf cart is an absolute necessity. It takes about 15 mins to get to town via golfcart but there are some restaurants closer. There are power issues and we had several power outages, one was 14 hours (no fault of the property owner, just be aware) we happened to bring a flashlight which turned out to be very helpful! The only thing that was missing was a full length mirror, the mirror in the bathroom is pretty tall so I wasn't able to see my outfits. When it was clear weather you can see the boats at the Hol Chan Marine reserve and see Caye Caulker. There are Pelicans fishing off the dock all day which we enjoyed watching."
