Even after I checked out I had to go back because my phone had been stolen and the staff did so much to help me with WiFi and even a drink to calm me. A very good spa with two saunas, a jacuzzi, infrared therapy, and an LED-lit pool. Large parking areas in front and behind the hotel. A very rich breakfast. We had a great time at this hotel."

"Nice and confortable hotel room in the heart of the city center ! The bed was super confy and overall the facilities were great. Walkable distance from Place Saint-Lambert and the Christmas markets. 24 hours reception. Parking was a bit pricy, but we managed to find a free parking spot in a street next to the hotel."
