Very nice hotel located 25 min walk outside central parts of Bolzano. Lovely staff and great breakfast/restaurant. Beautiful surroundings. We will for sure come back if we ever get the opportunity.

Very Good Hotel
The people in this hotel are super friendly specially the waitress. We got an upgrade to a room with stairs (beautiful room), but because of my knee we couldn’t take ut. They immediately found another room and where patients until we switched the rooms. The hotel is very close to the funicular station and to the center so you don’t need the car to move around. Also we got from the hotel a transportation card making cheap and easy to go around Bolzano. Very good hotel

Flott hotel
Veldig flott hotell med restaurant med utmerket mat, uteområde med svømmebasseng. Treningsrom med relativt høy standard. Man får også gratis billet til Ritnerbahn som tar deg opp i høyden fra Bolzano mot blant annet 'jordpyramider' og fantastisk utsikt mot Dolomittene.

Tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa. Hotel é muito bem cuidado, bem localizados, local tranquilo, e com acesso fácil até a cidade a uma pequena distancia. Hotel bellissimo,un po’ distante dal centro,ma facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici (hanno la fermata,proprio accanto all’uscita) Personale gentilissimo,sempre disponibile e pronto ad aiutarci. Colazione molto varia e curata,i camerieri sempre gentilissimi ogni mattina. Ciliegina sulla torta,il ristorante che merita davvero tanto,con piatti del territorio curati esteticamente e di gran gusto. Sicuramente ritorneremo.

Skønt familieejet hotel med høj service. Vi havde et par specifikke behov til vores værelse som blev indfriet med det samme. På trods af en fyldt restaurant fandt de plads til os på græsplænen. Super lækker morgenmad. Lækker fitness.

En riktig pärla
Trevligt bemötande i receptionen och av övriga som serverade oss vid bordet. Dessvärre drog en av servitörerna ner betyget med ett väldigt arrogant sätt. De som serverade maten och drycken visade dock på mycket god service känsla.

Hallo, mein Name ist Holger Fröhlich Ich bin mit meinem Auto mit einem Kupplungsschaden im Hotel angekommen ( Samstag 23.07.22 ). Da sich herrausstellte, das das Auto erst am Freitag ( 29.07.22 ) aus der Werkstatt abgeholt werden kann, konnte ich problemlos bis zum 30.07.22 nachbuchen. Das gesamte Hotelpersonal war ausgesprochen mitfühlenend und sehr freundlich. Sogar zum Geburtstag meiner Frau gabe ein Präsent! Ich kann ( aus meinen Erfahrungen ) nur sagen " Sehr empfehlendswert !!! "

We had a great experience at this hotel. It is a little far from the city center, however we did walk it on two occasions. The hotel did provide a free transportation pass which would cover the bus and the stop is just opposite the hotel. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was good with plenty of options.
