Ausgerechnet am Samstag öffnet die Agentur erst um 9:00 Uhr. Wer früher abreisen möchte, muss extra ein Dokument unterzeichnen. Das wiederum geht aber „ aus organisatorischen Gründen“ erst 24 Stunden vor der geplanten Abreise. "
