*** Cozy 27 sqm loft apartment located in a strategic position a short distance from the University of Bologna. The particular position of the house allows easy access to the historic center, the fair, the station and the airport. It presents itself as the perfect solution for short business or tourist stays: the area is well served by public transport and there are supermarkets, shops and bars nearby.

*** The ground floor apartment of a period building is ideal for hosting up to 3 people. Attention to detail and cleanliness. It consists of two levels: on the lower level there are a dining area equipped with an open kitchen, a living area with a single sofa bed and a toilet with shower. The kitchenette is equipped with a gas hob, fridge and freezer, kettle and microwave. The second level mezzanine in parquet has a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe. The accommodation is also equipped with heating, A / C, WIFI, dishwasher, hairdryer. Bed linen and towels will be provided.

PLEASE NOTE: Work in progress in the villa inside the internal courtyard of the building. We apologize for the inconvenience.
I would like to inform you that during the week, from Monday to Friday, there may be noise around these times 8.30am-1pm and 3pm-6pm. 30.

*** The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. We are available to guests for any requests and information. For any unexpected or clarification we will be reachable by phone or e-mail.

*** The tourist tax is not included and payment will be required on arrival. All identity documents of residents must be presented on arrival as required by Italian law. Late check in: - From 21:30 - 23: 00 - Euro 25,00 - From 23:00 - 24:00 - Euro 30,00 - From 24:00 - until 01:30 - Euro 40.00 organize your check in in the best possible way, please communicate your arrival time to our Key Holder in advance. SECURITY DEPOSIT AND CITY TAX. The security deposit of 100 euros will be collected in cash on arrival and released at check out, after monitoring the apartment.
