Apartment with balcony in a very central area of Bologna, a few steps from Piazza Maggiore.

This apartment, located on the second floor of a building without elevator, opens onto the living area consisting of a living room with a double sofa bed and a TV, and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, also fitted with a dining area, an oven and a microwave. From here, guests can access the private balcony, equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor meals.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one with a single and one twin bed, both with desk and wardrobe. A full bathroom with shower and washing machine completes the apartment.
At guests' disposal there are also comforts such as free wi-fi, air conditioning and heating.

*Please be informed that the city centre is a limited-traffic zone, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.

Bologna is a city of art, culture and trade. The capital of Emilia-Romagna is also known as “Dotta” (erudite), being the oldest university of the West, as “Grassa” (fat) for its gastronomic delights and “Rossa” (red) for the colours characterising its old town. Its soul is in the medieval old town, one of the biggest in Europe, dotted in taverns, workshops and theatres, characterised by almost 40 kms of porticoes. In the city centre there is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, “Torre degli Asinelli” and “Torre della Garisenda”, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in several museums, art galleries and religious buildings. It is allowed to leave Bologna only after having tried its gastronomic products, among which mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla bolognese while sipping famous DOC wines from the Bologna hills! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna can surprise you in every season.

At 5 minutes walk from the apartment there is the bus stop "Farini" that allows guests to reach the central station in 10 minutes, while the airport is reachable with a 20-minute car drive.
