Modern apartment completely renovated, inside a historic building, located in one of the most charming crossroads of Bologna.

Located on the first floor with an elevator, this apartment opens onto the living area in modern style, furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, a dining area and a large open-plan kitchen, well equipped and complete with a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a kettle and a coffee machine. Walking further, there is a bright bedroom with a queen size bed, a spacious wardrobe, a TV and a full-length mirror.
A full bathroom equipped with a double shower, completes the accommodation.
Guests can also enjoy comforts such as free wi-fi, air conditioning and heating.

*Please be informed that the city center is a limited-traffic zone, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.

Bologna is a city of art, culture and trade. The capital of Emilia-Romagna is also known as “Dotta” (erudite), being the oldest university of the West, as “Grassa” (fat) for its gastronomic delights and “Rossa” (red) for the colors characterizing its old town. Its soul is in the medieval old town, one of the biggest in Europe, dotted in taverns, workshops and theaters, characterized by almost 40 km of porticoes. In the city center there is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, “Torre degli Asinelli” and “Torre della Garisenda”, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in several museums, art galleries and religious buildings. It is allowed to leave Bologna only after having tried its gastronomic products, among which mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla bolognese while sipping famous DOC wines from the Bologna hills! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna can surprise you in every season.

The central station is 15 minutes walking distance from the apartment while the airport can be reached with a 20-minute drive away.
