Cozy apartment a few steps from the historic center

Comfortable apartment on 2 floors, located in the charming Santa Viola district. Living room with kitchenette, sofa bed, bathroom and loft with double bed. Guests have access to a functional kitchen equipped with all appliances, heating, TV and broadband Internet WIFI. The neighborhood is located just outside the historic center, it's one of the quietest and most characteristic of Bologna with many services .
The flat has a self check-in system that will allow you to get in wthout keys. We will send you the access codes few hours before your arrival.

Check-in is possible only from 3PM.
Access code will be provided ONLY IF you will complete the online check-in, through a link that we will send you by email the day before your arrival. You will be asked to enter your personal information (the communication of guest information is MANDATORY in Italy for security reasons).
