In the historic center, a 5-minute walk from Piazza Maggiore and all the main places of interest in the city, in a typical Bolognese building, our house is a large attic with a rooftop terrace and a view of the Asinelli tower. The house consists of a large living room with a cooking wall and a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, with the possibility of adding one and / or two single beds. In the living room the sofa can be transformed into a comfortable double bed.

The accommodation

A comfortable and livable rooftop terrace with a view of the two towers will allow you to enjoy your breakfast, lunch at noon or dinner in the evening.
A spacious living room is furnished with antiques furniture and a comfortable sofa that converts into a bed. The kitchen area with colored cooking wall is equipped with all the essentials for your breakfasts and your lunches.
The bathroom with designer sanitary fittings has a separate shower and a bathtub.
The large bedroom with a comfortable double bed allows the addition of one or two single beds.
We advise you that the attic is on the third floor and there is no elevator.
