Home with a spectacular view
If you want your family to enjoy a relaxing stay with a beautiful view, then this is the place to be. Close proximity to so many beautiful things to view and I highly recommend eating at Mrs. Yoders.

Beautiful, large home
The home itself is gorgeous, with plenty of room for activities and family functions. The pool was refreshing and sitting on the deck was relaxing. I didn’t get any check in info from the host, so I had to reach out when I arrived at the home, which caused some anxiety about the trip. If you’re looking for a home with a pool big enough for a large family, this is it.

Nice large property with a beautiful view
Home was clean and had all the necessities. Had a few minor issues that the owner helped us with to our satisfaction. The view was worth the price of admission. Pool was clean and well cared for. Home was roomy and had plenty of games and entertainment. Pool had plenty of floats in the pool house. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved the beautiful view from the deck! The large pool with a diving board was refreshing! The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood where we took a walk. We really enjoyed our stay!

Camp Crew Getaway
Beautiful house located within 15-20 minutes of football hall of fame which was our main reason for going. Restaurants that were recommended by home owner were wonderful !!

House was clean and quite adequate for our needs. This property was only 6 minutes from our family weekend functions. Nice location with views. Beautiful outdoor spaces to enjoy was a bonus. Convenient front circle drive. Felt safe. Good information provided on the property and nearby attractions and restaurants.

Beautiful Place to Stay
The pictures don't do the house justice - it looks outstanding! Three great spaces inside the house for hanging out in addition to two outdoor spaces! The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The only downside was the pool was out of order, but the host worked with us on that as well. Strongly recommend if you're looking for a good place for a family getaway!

Long weekend Family getaway with my kids and their families. Home sits on a hill In a nice quiet neighborhood. Home has a great layout with nice basement for entertaining and great deck out back. Pool was repaired while we were there and would definitely had used. Definitely recommend.

Heavenly House on the Hill
The house on the hill was beautiful, clean and located in a private and quiet neighborhood. Unfortunately we were not in the area long only for essentially a day to attend a wedding before heading back home. The property and home is spacious and located near markets and town. Highly recommend if you need a place in the Bolivar, Ohio area.

House was great. There was work going on in the basement and he would have had access to the entire house at anytime which was not communicated before booking. He was respectful and waited to start working until my baby woke from her nap.

Home on the Hill
"Home on the Hill" is a beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood. It is on a beautiful piece of property which overlooks the country side. Sitting on the deck, we were able to enjoy the scenery in a private setting. There is a built in pool which we would love to have enjoyed, but it was too early in the season. The home is spacious, clean and nicely decorated. We make a visit to the area pretty regularly, and look forward to renting from Trista again. Thanks for the memories!

Home on the hill is amazing!!!
VERY nice property and it is exactly as pictured. All the amenities are awesome and made our stay very comfortable. My children (7 & 13) and my niece's all LOVED the pool. The swimming area was awesome and had ample and comfortable seating. The patios were so nice too! Very comfortable patio furniture to enjoy the beautiful view this house has to offer! It is also in a very nice and peaceful location. We enjoyed the basement area too. It has a bar, the TV is in the perfect spot, and the darts are so much fun! It was fun to sit together and talk and just have a great time in the basement area. And last but not least the hostest and property manager were both so amazing and easy to reach. They were both very friendly and professional. I recommend this property to everyone i know who is staying in this area. I can't say enough positive things about this place!! Thank you for a wonderful stay and keep up the great work!

Ladies retreat 2023
This property was so peaceful & quiet had a pic of wood waiting for us & there was this awesome fire pit called a solo stove it made bonfires a breeze! Patio furniture all around & was so pretty! Tv in every room no one was left out ! Plenty of cooking items when cooking in! Loved basement my sister enjoyed playing on giant chalk board( she’s 53 😂 )tv there also we played music at evening time would open garage and get out chairs from storage shed plenty of them zero gravity chairs & loungers ! 😊& hav a fire the solo stove goes where you go! Beds were amazingly comfortable & private shower in main bedroom! We all had a blessed time of relaxing & going down memory lane with one another! Only downside was pool was being repaired but was well compensated for the disappointment! Free pool passes for all guests ( was nice public pool very close by) etc! Thank you Trista for opening your beautiful home to us you are a wonderful host!!! 😊

Christmas 2020 Nightmare
No code sent to us to get into the house. Spent the first night in a hotel. House was not clean/ dirty dishes in the dishwasher, coffee grounds in the coffee pot. Dirty spoons in the silverware drawer, no top sheet or blanket on the master bed. There was only one washcloth and one dishrag any where in the entire house. Cleaning lady was supposed to bring some by 10 am the next morning. We waited until 10:30 and she still hadn't shown up. Left for the day and a bag was hanging on the door handle with about six washcloths and two dishrags. Master shower still had someone else's old soap in the soap dish. Was quite apparent no one had cleaned. No TV if you did not have a subscription to Netflix or Amazon.

Great place to stay!
Property and house are well kept for, gorgeous views and right down the road from town. Outdoor furniture and firepit use nice and well maintained. Beds and pillows were a little lumpy from years of use. Towels smelled a little mildew, but replacements were readily available for use. Showers could use a deep clean, but overall place was very well kept and clean.
