"Front door handle was hanging off upon arrival Kitchen and dining table dirty Bath room light flickered dangerous on and off Front door lock to the block of flats was apparently broken so ended up locked out one evening. Hob ignitor broken No plug for the bath – this was important to us as we had our toddler staying with us and showers are very tricky! "Comfortable clean room. Appealing lounge area. Lovely breakfast included. Disabled parking. Perfect for overnight pre cruise stay. Menu bit basic and costly, only accepts cards at bar, dont agree with."

Brilliant stay and no complaints.

"Very convenient hotel and great price, stayed here twice, quick and easy check in, breakfast which is incudes is brilliant and its very close to the town centre/train station/West Quay. More ideal for people who needed a night stay before a cruise ship tour. Will definitely stay here again if i needed to stay here again."

Such a peaceful stay and would return again

"What an amazing time. The deluxe room was newly upgraded so all nice and new. Very comfy bed, spacious room and nice big shower. Spa facilities very affordable and we used it every day. Nice short walk to the beach and tow centre so no need to drive anywhere. Parking in the street was free."

"It was a very nice hotel. The property was clean, quiet and the employees were very friendly. Juan from the bar was extremely nice, helpful and very personable. He went out of his way to help me, made sure I was comfortable while waiting and check with us regularly! "
