"Loved how many aminities this property offered. Full kitchen, stocked bathrooms with towels, hair driers. Big beautiful beds. Everything felt clean. We had no plans other than to hang out and we were thrilled with the options. hot tub, ping pong, pool table, swing set, fire pit, basketball, ski ball were all super fun! We were a group of 7 including two under 10 years old and they had a blast too! A cute little beach about a 10min walk away or a 3min drive. Will absolutely be staying here any...

"We really enjoyed our time at this quiet little home that had everything we needed. It was very clean and thoughtfully decorated. The beach that a short distance away is the best experience ever - no crowds and peaceful. We enjoyed evenings on the deck, and the gentleman across the street was so kind and helpful. I would really love to come back here when there’s more greenery around (trees were pretty bare this time of year)."

"House was very true to listing and well appointed. Made for a comfortable homebase during our stay. Convenient to the places we visited in Denison, Sherman, and Anna. The only improvements I would suggest is adding a few Kleenex boxes for guest use. The other maintenance item would be to try to correct the low water pressure at the sink next to the toilet in the main bathroom. Other than that, it was excellent and would stay there again!"

The house is spotlessly clean and the location is perfect because we frequently attend concerts at the Choctaw Casino. We had problems with the internet and reached out to our host to let her know. She immediately responded and even came to the house to fix it for us! "

"This property was a great location to the Choctaw Casino. The porch needed to be swept and cleaned so we could sit outside on the provided rocking chairs. Other than that it was a good place for the evening."

"This place was beautiful! Dawn called to checked on our reservation the day of and see if we had questions. Check-in was super easy and Dawn walked us to our cabin to make sure we found it! The property is beautiful, right on the lake and the cabin was even better the expected!! Highly recommended "
