"I would like to say first, I absolutely loved my entire stay at the hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was very accommodating. Especially Juan (very special thank you!) whom was very courteous, professional and extremely helpful towards me as well as my friends and family whom also stayed at the hotel. At first, my room was not ready. However, Juan made sure that I did not have to wait after a long flight, and he immediately upgraded me without hesitation. The room (#432) was amazing...
