We are here visiting a family member and really enjoyed our stay here. The home is fresh, clean, and modern. Nice decor. The location is very central to everything, and right of Fairview Av which has many stores, reataurants, etc. I would book here again.

I absolutely loved this place and am planning to rebook. It’s big enough for a family although I’m the only one who used it. Everything you need from kitchen and bathroom items are available. Online access to get in and out was a breeze. Darlene, the property manager is super duper amazing, kind and really accommodating. I highly recommend. They even have a warm welcome kit. Overall so grateful for this place. They made what would have been a harrowing experience for me, a truly comforting one. Thank you Darlene and Team!

We had to come to Idaho to put my dad in a memory care facility. We moved him in on Monday and that evening we had to call an ambulance for my mom because she couldn’t breathe. On top of all this we had to put my dad’s service dog down. She was 16 and totally blind and was lost without my dad. The only good thing about our trip to Idaho was being able to come home at night to a warm, comfortable and well stocked townhouse. When we come back to Idaho we will definitely make our reservations through VRBO. Thanks again

Very Comfortable Townhome
This is a great place to stay in Boise. Very clean and has all the amenities. I didn’t want for anything and it was well stocked. The area is quiet and centrally located to almost anything you might need. I would definitely stay here again.

Long term stay
Stayed a few weeks while house was being completed. New townhome and an end unit (although parking is right on that end so not much privacy to leave the blinds open as always people walking by). Property management was very responsive and the unit fully met our needs. There is one reserved parking spot with unit but neighbor always parked in it. There are a few additional unassigned parking spots but limited ones that aren’t “compact”. Fortunately there is lots of on street parking available in front of unit. They will be building 2-3 story apartment units across street in empty lot shortly (zoning meeting was held August 2021 and approved). That will definitely hinder the view (while we were there saw hot air balloons launch in open field across Fairview Ave) and most likely cause parking issues. All in all a very nice place to stay.

This suited our needs well while we visited family in Boise. We liked having a full bathroom in each bedroom. The kitchen was well-equipped. It was great walking a block for morning coffee and a beautiful outdoor mall and playground was about a mile away. Off street parking was a plus. Our only downside was not having an outdoor space, but that wasn’t too important on this trip.
