Lovely basement apartment with covered outdoor patio.

Come enjoy our newly renovated basement apartment that's close to downtown, grocery stores, and NNU. There is also a covered patio for guests to relax.

The doorways are a little short, so not recommended for tall folks unless you're mindful of your head. :) The floor plan is also a little quirky in that the only entrance to the bedroom is through the bathroom. Still a cute space to spend a few nights!

This property was perfect! The perfect size for my boyfriend and I to spend the weekend in Nampa while in town for a wedding. We were close to everything we needed and just a short drive over to Boise. Access to laundry was a nice addition and the kitchen was stocked with plenty of cook where and dishes to make breakfast and dinner a breeze while we were visiting. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone traveling to Nampa!

Cute little basement apartment
Well-suited place for two to stay in the Nampa area. Description is accurate, including the low clearance, but even at 5’11” it wasn’t a problem. Kitchen worked well for preparing a few meals.

For a basement apartment, it was very quiet. An occasional creek from floorboards was all i heard during my stay. I felt bad walking on the grass to get to the door, but the outdoor patio was a welcomed bonus during the rainy moments. The kitchen was stocked with some food choices and supplies. A cute little place in a quiet neighborhood. This is definitely one of my top picks for future visits to Nampa!

Came to Nampa to visit my daughter for a few days. Booked this cute basement apartment. What an adorable rental. Literally has everything you need. Quiet, clean and cool during the hot weather. The place was nice and clean, with plenty amenities. Owners were easy to communicate with. It’s good for a quick, reasonable stay. One complaint is the pillows. Terribly flat and uncomfortable. I found a better one on the last night. Other than that it kept me close to my daughter and her family.
