The Village is Boise's hip new shopping mall - 4 min by car. Great shopping & dining. House: One bedroom and a half bath are downstairs. The dining table is for 8. All beds have high-quality memory foam mattresses and pillows. The kitchen and all bathrooms have been completely remodeled with granite and tile. 13 guests will sleep on new memory foam mattresses, 2 will have a queen size air mattress. Rates are based on 10 guests, add $20/night/guest up to 15. The additional guest charge applies to the entire duration of your booking, i.e. if you are booked for 5 nights, the additional guest charge applies to 5 nights, even if a guest stays for only 3 nights. Please book with your best estimate for headcount - you will have a chance to true up headcount right before travel dates.

The outdoor spaces in this house add a lot of value: there is a dining table under a covered pergola, a BBQ for your use, and a firepit with 4 Adirondack chairs. The backyard is fully fenced in so your kids or your puppy can get rid of their excess energy.

We want to make sure you have a 5-star experience at our properties.

You can use the entire house. Parking is in the driveway and on the street. There is a foosball table in the garage for your use. You can move it to the back so you can park in the garage as well.

I live in Boise, about 15 mins from this house. I prefer efficient, streamlined communication. Time is our most valuable resource. The best way to interact with me is via SMS/Text. I will respond within the hour.

This is a nice residential neighborhood that is very close to The Village. There are many awesome stores and restaurants to explore!

Perfect for our family's stay in the Boise area to celebrate medical school graduation. We loved the backyard barbeque, the number of bedrooms/beds, and the ability to gather inside or outside for games and meals. Really close to grocery stores and other amenities.

Boise weekend
We had a great stay at this house in Boise for a weekend baseball tournament. Centrally located and plenty of options for dining out. The boys had a great time at Top Golf. Communication with the owner was great. We will stay here again the next time we’re in the area.

Beautiful, comfortable home for extended family gathering
Our family loved staying here. Lots of bedrooms and pull-out sofas, plentiful linens and towels, well-stocked kitchen, roomy dining space and plenty of seating when family members visited for dinner. Nice backyard with a firepit, complete with wood and sticks for making smores. Both adults and children were happy with the property and would definitely stay again.

This home was perfect for our holiday stay. There were 8 of us and I was initially concerned that 1700 square feet may seem too small, but it was laid out very well. There was plenty of sleeping area and the back yard was lovely. The neighborhood was great and very quiet. Directions for use and checkout were great. Was a wonderful experience.

Amazing home and great location
Sam’s property was very comfortable for our group of 8. House was tidy and clean. We loved the location, Trader Joe’s was close! The neighborhood was quiet. Backyard was nice - didn’t get a chance to use the fire pit or cornhole - too cold outside.

Restful and Cozy
A lovely home! Things we liked most: very quiet neighborhood, fireplace was cozy on the rainy days, spacious for our group of 5, very close to shopping & restaurants, grocery store was 5 min away, the firepit was fun. We roasted marshmallows too! The mattresses were very comfortable - I think I got the best night's sleep in a year! Sam was a great hostess. We went to the Birds of Prey center - one of her suggestions - quite a highlight of our visit!

Beautiful house and great location
The house was perfect! It was a beautiful house close to everything. Great shopping near by and tons of places to eat. Even in a time were we had to order out, we still made it work. The rooms are a great size and the beds are fantastic. Never had a better nights sleep. The house had everything you needed. We will definitely rent again in the near future.

Visiting for wedding
8 of us traveled to Boise for a wedding (grandma, aunt, 2 siblings (1 spouse), 3 kids). There was more than enough room to spare for the size of our group. The house was in great condition and extremely clean. Close to everything. We could run to the store or have doordash delivered within 20 minutes. Kitchen was large and well equipped. We will be staying again if we make it back to Boise.

Convenient and Easy
The house was great. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, utensils, and even a rice cooker. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The fire pit outside was tempting, but the weather impeded us from enjoying it. The host was regularly available for questions and insights. We really appreciated how quick and helpful the host was. We had easy access to the capitol every day (about 20 minutes in traffic). This place worked very well for our group of 15.

Multi-generation Family Trip
We had a great time using this property for a family hangout location while attending a college graduation at BSU. Close to good food and shopping, while not too far from downtown Bosie or the airport. There is usually an electronic keypad to enter but it needed to be replaced. Communication was very good with property manager and a key was left for easy access. Just made it a little more difficult to manage one key between three different groups of people.

Great Experience!
Our group was made up of eight people attending a student workshop in town for three days. Our time with this property was about as perfect as could be hoped for -- check-in was simple and hassle-free, the facilities were clean and as advertised, and all-in-all our experience was quite positive. Unfortunately our schedule meant that we couldn't explore the area much, or even spend much time in the house, but it worked great as a home base, and would have been fun to hang out in more. One mild heads up is that for any group larger than our eight, you'll want to make sure that you're comfortable sharing beds, so definitely great for families or any group that knows each other well. Highly recommended.

Over the last few years our group has stayed at 7-8 VRBO or similar properties as we travel all over the US for Baseball. The communication with the host was OUTSTANDING. We were able to communicate and early arrival which was awesome. There was a minor issue with the AC to which the host had repairmen onsite within hours and they stayed until late at night to fix the issue. As an Idaho contractor I have never seen an HVAC company respond so fast and be willing to work late to fix the issue. We would be honored to stay at this property again.
