Location, location, location! 5 min drive or 10 walk to Downtown Boise and all of our best restaurants and nightlife, 5 min drive to BSU, St. Lukes Hospital, our river and Greenbelt, as well as hiking trails. Gorgeous, freshly remodeled and artfully designed historic 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, with living room, office/parlor and formal dining room. Beautifully appointed backyard and flume (waterway) along the side of the house. Close to everything! Best location ever!

Great location and very clean
The location of this house is perfect. We were able to walk downtown and to the greenbelt, and it was a short drive to things like float the river, hike table top rock, and Shakespeare in the park. The house is very clean and offers enough beds for families to stay. The outdoor space is perfect for morning coffee and the grill could be used to do a meal out there. I recommend this home to anyone that has someone at the college as well. It is very close to campus.
