This home is a three bedroom/two and a half bathroom house. Newly renovated and furnished with new and stylish furniture. King bed in the master bedroom with a big walk in closet and personal master bathroom. Master bathroom features a double vanity and bathtub with shower head. Hair drier available. Two additional bedrooms with a queen bed in each room. Pull out couch in the living room for extra sleeping space. An additional full bath upstairs in the hallway with a bathtub with shower head. Half bath on the lower level. Body wash and hand soap provided. Toilet paper provided to get you started for your stay. Extra sheets and pillows, iron and ironing board in the master closet. Hangers available in all the bedroom closets. Pack and play for your little ones is also available in the master closet.

Laundry room with brand new full washer and dryer. Laundry detergent and laundry sheets provided to get you started. Cleaning supplies available in the laundry room if needed. Vacuum, broom and mop are also available if needed in a closet by the kitchen.

Fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans, cooking utensils, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, tea kettle, hand held mixer, flat top griddle and much more. Pantry with basic necessities such as several spices, coffee filter, parchment paper, foil and wrap included. A complimentary starter kit of dish soap, dish sponge and dishwasher tablets for your convenience. A dining table to enjoy your meals with the family. Extra folding chairs available in the closet by the kitchen.

Cuddle up in the cozy living room with your family and watch a movie on the smart TV and Wi-Fi available for your enjoyment.

Walk out to the beautiful fenced in backyard for your enjoyment. Gas propane grill available to use. Seating area in the backyard to sit and enjoy the beautiful weather with your friends and family. Backyard facing the peaceful woods with a gate entry to the backyard and a little creek past the fence for a nice walk.

Parking available for two cars in the driveway and street parking in the quiet street is available as well. The garage is currently not available for guests and will be locked.

Quiet visit in Boiling Springs SC
The property was as expected for the most part. Clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable. Just about everything you need was provided but I have a few small suggestions which would have improved the stay. A larger trash can in the kitchen. Since it appears the water is not connected to the refrigerator, adding a few ice trays would help. Instruction for using the TV, we had brought along our own fire stick otherwise we were not able to figure out how to get anything on the TV. End tables by the couch would also be helpful. Thank you again for providing your property for our visit, we will definitely keep it in mind next time we are in the area.

Property was clean as advertised decent neighborhood. The front door lock did not work. Water pressure was poor, and the condo was poorly appointed.
