"Hotel was empty, asked for a room with a better view (a few doors from our room) so that we can see the ocean unobstructed. There were no difference in rates in the rooms. The service agent lied to us that the hotel was fully booked (I could have reserved 10 rooms on Expedia that minute) and did not even look at our request. The room was dirty so was the washroom. Clearly they want to be an upscale resort but are really not."

"I thought i just needed a place to sleep for the night. It turns out what i REALLY needed was a night at the spa. Everything was incredibly quiet and comfortable. Angelina was behind the counter and made everything flow seamlessly. She really went the extra mile to ensure i had a wonderful visit. The receptionist was wonderful and very helpful! The hotel itself was clean and had a cool forest theme inside. Would recommend for a spa getaway, but not the most ideal accommodation to check out downtown Gothenburg."

"Great spot, right by the water and in the middle of nature. The hotel has a spa/gym we didn’t use and a sauna (which was amazing). Great staff.
